This is a google drawing with different types of language features.
We had to research all of the language features and do examples of the book Wonder by R.J. Palacio.
I was able to recognize most the different language features while Mrs P Read the book to us.
Idioms and Hyperbole's were hard at first but I got the hang of it pretty quickly.

You have learnt some interesting language features while we have been reading Wonder. Sometime it is a little tricky to find them, but as you said you get better at identifying them once you become really familiar with them. Excellent reading.
